Built Different hoodie returns

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition. Choosing a standard listed color or size does not make the hoodie a personalized item.

Fees and next steps

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns. Return postage is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval; bank processing may take additional time.

Email support@wysebrand.com with your order number before sending an item back. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Review all exclusions and instructions in the full policy.
